tPay365 is still early. The right people should be excited by the company-building problem, not just a role title.
Pre-launch means no inflated titles, fake momentum or vague job adverts.
The right people should be comfortable building from first principles.
Employer trust, employee privacy and regulatory clarity matter as much as product speed.
We are looking for people who can create leverage, not wait for perfect process.
