We are not currently hiring for salaried roles. We are looking for the right founding team members, advisors and a co-founder / CEO profile who can help turn a built product into a trusted operating company.
Who we need
The next layer should complement the current technical and commercial foundation shown on the team page.
Highest priority
A commercially-led operator who can own fundraising, employer partnerships, company narrative and the route from pre-launch product to pilot traction.
Pilot readiness
People who understand payroll cycles, BACS realities, HR operations, benefits rollouts and the practical buyer journey inside UK employers.
Trust layer
Support around regulated boundaries, partner diligence, privacy, financial promotions and the operating model needed for trust.
How to think about this
tPay365 is still early. The right people should be excited by the company-building problem, not just a role title.
Pre-launch means no inflated titles, fake momentum or vague job adverts.
The right people should be comfortable building from first principles.
Employer trust, employee privacy and regulatory clarity matter as much as product speed.
We are looking for people who can create leverage, not wait for perfect process.
